I am Dari, independent NDIS Occupational Therapist based in Brisbane. I am passionate about making positive impact in people's lives, and value being a part of community and building strong relationships with my clients. I have many years of experience working in NDIS Disability and Aged Care sector. I provide regular ongoing therapy to improve independence, and also complete comprehensive assessments and reports listed below.

Comprehensive assessments for FCA, SIL, and SDA, producing detailed reports to achieve aimed outcomes, and improving client's quality of life.
Ongoing Regular Therapy to Increase Independence
Providing ongoing Face-to-Face and/or Telehealth occupational therapy sessions at home and in community to achieve a client's goals - for both adults and children.
Assistive Technology and Minor Home modification
Providing assessments, trial, and reports for Equipment, Aids and minor home modifications - such as ramps and grab rails - to increase independence at home.
